Description:
Handle any customer’s issue after placing an order such as tracking, delivery scheduling, freight damage, delivery problem, shipping issues, and some initial service calls from assigned customers
Responsibilities:
- Communicate via phone and email with customers to handle any issues a customer encounters after a purchase.
- Pay freight bills and track problems with freight companies to deduct from freight bills
- Enter local deliveries
- Receive inbound calls from customers and properly solve the customers' issues or direct them to the proper department
- Communicate with freight companies on the customers behalf to handle any tracking or scheduling issues
- Handle first level complaints from customers with shipping delays and damages, issuing an initial remedy or credit
- Follow up with credits issued to customers
