The Agile is a Dynamic Motion Trainer (“DMT”). DMT X2 offers the latest in cutting edge fitness technology. Programs:

• Manual Program: Simply press 'start' to create your own personalized workout, or simply experiment on the Smooth Agile DMT X2 elliptical!
• Three Target Programs: Time: Choose a preset time or enter your own. Use the Lite Touch thumb sensors to vary the intensity and motion pattern. Distance: Choose a preset distance or enter your own. Use the Lite Touch thumb sensors to vary the intensity and motion pattern. Calories: This is an ideal program for those who are watching their calories or have goals based on calorie counts. Simply enter the number of calories you would like to burn and begin. For an added challenge, use the Lite Touch thumb sensors to adjust the intensity and motion pattern.
• Fat Burn: The preset program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• Interval Intensity: Get fit fast with this time tested training program on the Agile DMT X2. Periods of high and low intensity works both your aerobic an anaerobic systems. This type of training has been for years by athletes and trainers.
• Interval Motion: This body sculpting, interval motion program adjusts through periods of high and low motions to include core muscle groups for rapid results.
• Endurance Program: Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases the intensity incrementally to burn fat and calories and build stamina. A cooling down period follows the final level of intensity. Each of the eight levels is adjustable. Varied Agile motions along the way for greater muscle recruitment.
• Watts Control: Use the preset wattage level or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during the routine on the Agile DMT X2 elliptical to ensure a constant level of effort. The effort level can be increased or decreased during the workout.
• Heart Rate Control: The consummate cardio workout. This heart rate program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The Agile DMT X2 elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.
• Custom Programs: Create your own work out whether it's a hike in the mountains or a walk in the park you can record you favorite workout and repeat as many times as you like. As your tastes change or your fitness level increases you can modify these custom programs to meet your needs.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($49): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth Agile DMT Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($99): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth Agile DMT Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($199): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth Agile DMT Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
