• MET: The metabolic equivalents program allows you to select the workout load, from 1 MET to 16 METs, to simulate the cardiovascular effect of various light to strenuous activities.
• Fat Burning: Exercising for longer periods of time at a consistent level of intensity encourages your body to burn calories and fat faster.
• Automatic Interval: Increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular functions with higher intensity routines then cool down.; The nine intervals within this program offer great balance between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each of the nine intervals can be adjusted at will.
• Strength: Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases in intensity to burn fat and calories and build stamina. The program ends with a cooling down period.
• Fitness Level Test: Determine your fitness level in order to create or customize workouts that help you reach your goals faster. Using the heart rate monitor, this test senses oxygen levels as you progress through the test. Information is then used to help optimize your fitness routines.
• Target Heart Rate: An excellent cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($49): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($99): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 7.4 in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($199): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). Well worth the money

"We have had the CE 7.4 Elliptacle for approximately 6 months now and love it. I bought it mostly for my wife but I use it occasionally. She uses it almost everday and loves it. She is 5'3" and loves the 21 inch stride and feels comfortable for her. Our ceiling height in our basement from the floor is 7'3". I am 5'8" 1/2 and I just clear the ceiling with 2-3 inches to spare. The LED computer is nothing to brag about, it actually makes the machine look cheap but it does the job I guess. Very sturdy, never experienced any rocking/squeeking. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes. "

"We absolutely LOVE our elliptical. We had damaged a part of it when assembling it ourselves upon delivery and we were sent a replacement part immediately without hassle. Only thing I wish it had that it doesn't is a hookup for Ipad, not just Iphone. Other than that, we are 100% satisfied!"

"Very impressed with the quality of my equipment. It's quiet, smooth and easy to operate! Would highly recommend anyone to purchase this elliptical from Smooth Fitness. We had a part come off of the back of the fan, (our fault when assembling - hubby used a TAD too much muscle) and a replacement part was sent lickity-split. No questions asked! "

Love My Elliptical

"I was very concerned about buying an elliptical online but I cannot believe what I did before I had my Smooth Fitness Elliptical. It exercises my muscles so much better even than the Life Fitness ellipticals in my prior gym. It's easy to use and really does have a "smooth" motion to it. It does have a different "feel" than the ellipticals I was used to and took some getting used to--but I would now never go back to any others."
