• Preset Programs: The Smooth Peloton SB4 semi-recumbent exercise bike comes with 12 preset course profiles so you will never grow bored. Your course stage and intensity is displayed on the console and can be adjusted at any time during training.
• User-Defined Programs: Design up to four rides all your own! You have the freedom to choose the intensity of each of 20 segments to the workout.
• Heart Rate Control (HRC): By positioning your hands upon the ergonomically positioned sensors, the elliptical computer varies the resistance according to your pulse. This will assure that the intensity of your training is maintained at a level that will benefit you.
• Watt Control: The Watts program is designed to help you to exercise at a consistent performance level. The program defaults to 100W and can be adjusted according to preference. Resistance will be adjusted automatically to maintain output consistent with your watt setting.
• Body Fat Testing: After keying in your gender, age, height and weight, press your hands to the pulse sensors and hit the START/STOP button. The computer will calculate body fat percentage, body mass index and basal metabolic rate (the number of calories your body burns while at rest). Based on this data, the computer will recommend a workout program for your body composition.

Bike training

"I wanted a bike and didn't want to spend alot of money. I spoke to a sales rep who told me that this machine would be enough for a guy my size. I took a chance and am very satisfied. Assembly was a little harder than anticipated, but I got through it. Pay for inroom, it was worth it. Those 2 guys had a tough time getting it in. My experience was everything I could have hoped for."

Great Machine

"This is a very well built bike. I was a little hesitant buying something I never tried, but I am glad I did. This bike is everything I had hoped for and more. I needed this machine to be able to be moved on a daily basis, and the wheels on the front make that very easy. A great bike for those looking for a good one."
