"Before buying the treadmill, I did an enormous amount of research on line. I also went to Sears and Sports Authority to check out their treadmills. No comparison to Smooths 5.65 in looks, operation and price. I continued my on line research and Smooth Fitness consistently came up with excellent reviews so I ordered the treadmill. I paid for the premium in-home delivery and assembly; however, the guys who delivered it knew nothing about assembly and cut a cable. I contacted the company and a new cable was sent to me and a local company was contacted to complete the assembly and replace the cable. This was not as easy as it sounds and it took multiple service calls and more cables sent to me for everyone to realize that there was a bigger problem. Smooth Fitness rose to the occasion and replaced the treadmill and arranged to have it assembled by experts. This all took about 6 weeks, but I have nothing but praise for customer service at Smooth. The treadmill is quiet and very smooth - the walking deck (and I only walk) is sturdy and comfortable. I'm very pleased with the treadmill. "

"I bought this treadmill because of the low price for all the features. It has been great. The fan is a nice feature as well as the speakers that you can play your iPod through. The only complaint is that my husband doesn't think it goes fast enough but it's fine for me. "
