Quick Start/Manual Program
You can alter the speed or incline at your preference at anytime during the workout for a customizable routine.

Killer Hills
Choose your workout level (1-12) and adjust the level of incline during the workout. A preset time of 24 minutes is programmed with the option to adjust the length of the program up to a maximum of 96 minutes. An increase/decrease in incline occurs every two minutes with this program.

Just like the Interval Incline program, only you optimize your workout through a variation of speed.

Weight Loss Program
This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. Choose your workout level from 1 through 12. Self-Learning/Competition
The Distance LED will show 3 (MILE). For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.

The treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

"Gotta give it to you, the high level of cushioning really had reduced the impact of running better than any other treadmill I’ve tried (which is a lot, I’ve switched gyms a good deal) I’m a little older and my hip and knee usually bother me too much to workout as much as I’d like, but I have to say I’m shocked at how much less impact this treadmill has on my joints. I’ve been using it for about a year now and not only has it kept my pain at bay, I actually feel better. Because it hurts less, I’ve been able to work out more than I used to and I’m really building my muscles up at this point. Thought I was a lost cause and going to end up an old, fat couch potato, but it looks like it’s actually possible to stay in shape at this age if you pick the right treadmill. "

"I've had this unit for a year now. Had a little trouble getting it together, but went smoothly overall. Between husband & I, unit is used 5-8x per week at about 60 mins per session. Holding up great. Not very loud. Much better unit than our last one. Has really helped us strengthen cardiovascular & leg musculature & endurance. Would definitely recommend."
