Smooth Fitness uses a high quality LCD television which is mounted at eye level onto a bracket above the console. This design makes service a breeze and eliminates any interference caused by the treadmills motor. The television has high-fidelity built-in speakers but can also be used with the headphones of your choice. Our unique design keeps the television in one place even when you incline the treadmill. You can run at full speed with no vibration at all on the TV!

Killer Hills
Choose your workout level (1-12) and adjust the level of incline during the workout. A preset time of 24 minutes is programmed with the option to adjust the length of the program up to a maximum of 96 minutes. An increase/decrease in incline occurs every two minutes with this program.

This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. Choose your workout level from 1 through 12. Self-Learning/Competition
The Distance LED will show 3 (MILE). For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.

"I have never owned a treadmill with a TV, I thought it was a waste of money. My wife purchased this for me as a birthday gift in hopes I would use it more, and I have. The TV makes the workouts go by faster and the adjustable cushioning lets me get the tension in the deck right where I want it. I could not be more pleased, and I am happy to say I am feeling a lot better as well."
